From the NORTH: Via I-79
Merge onto US-422 East via Exit 99 towards BUTLER. Merge onto PA-356 South towards LYNDORA/BUTLER. Turn LEFT onto PA-356/NEW CASTLE ROAD. Continue to follow PA-356/New Castle Road. At bottom of hill stay in right lane, which turns into West Cunningham Street with two lanes. Stay in right lane. At next intersection (Washington/West Cunningham Street -red light) you have reached the Tier Garage and 129 West Cunningham Street.
From the WEST: Via 422-W
Start out on US-422 WEST. Merge onto MITCHELL HILL ROAD, MITCHELL HILL ROAD becomes KITTANNING STREET. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto E. JEFFERSON ST/PA-68 W. Continue to follow PA-68 W. Cross over Main Street until you reach Washington Street. Make left onto Washington Street. At next intersection (Washington/West Cunningham Street) is the Tier Garage. 129 West Cunningham is in the first level of the Tier Garage.
